[Dibbler] Dibbler 0.7.2 released

Dibbler 0.7.2 have been released.

There are several new features added:
   - Experimental CONFIRM support
   - Srv: Extra options may be added and sent to clients
   - Cli: external scripts may now be executed
   - Srv: client's FQDN hints may now be honored

And several bugfixes:
   - Cli: addresses are now added properly in autodetect-mode
   - Cli: DNS server is now configured properly under Windows XP/Vista
   - Cli: requested options are now sent in RENEW messages
   - Cli: elapsed option is now sent in all messages
   - Cli: client does not get confused when running in autodetect mode and
     there are no suitable interfaces
   - Srv: it is now possible to configure single prefix pool for
     prefix delegation.

There's also one significant difference. This version is released under 
GNU GPL v2 only, not v2 or later. That is for companies that may have 
legal concerns with "GPL v2 or later" and GPLv3.

If you don't like this, don't worry. Dibbler is and will stay open source. 
The next release (be it 0.7.3 or 0.8.0) will be again released under GPLv2 
or later license.

Currently, only source code is available, but binary packages will follow 
soon.
