How about reading User's Guide? It's a nice, easy to read, has lots of images and tons of examples, starting from simple "get an address" configuration and gradually moving on to more advanced cases.

Anyway, here's the short version:
1. Install dibbler
2. Edit client.conf to match your interface names/numbers.
3. Run client.
